With the van not running, we had to stay home this morning. Thankfully, it will get fixed on Tuesday! Yay!
We are very grateful to the person who contributed to paying the part, for the one who helped me when I was stranded on Wednesday and for the ones who helped me get to the auto parts store! What a blessing to have brothers and sisters in Messiah show real love. They don’t just talk the talk, they also walk it!
We are also very grateful to the person who anonymously mailed us a Kroger gift card. It will help more than he/she knows!
We are also very grateful for an unexpected Christmas gift. That, too, will help tremendously…and give us a date night at Olive Garden!
We are FINALLY supposed to get the pole in tomorrow to fix our DSL. It may be tricky, but we are hoping they will find a way to work around the power lines. We are looking forward to getting consistent DSL and will be very grateful when it comes!
Plus, for the gift of grass fed beef coming our way, we are also thankful. We sure could not afford to buy it.
We are very blessed in so many ways and by so many people. One way or another, our Abba/Father does make a way. And where He does not, it is OK. It means it was probably something we did not really need.
People and our relationship with our Creator are what is most important in life…not things (although things can be really, really nice, too)!
Thank You, Abba, for the many ways You have blessed us.
I hope you are finding things for which to be thankful today!
