Shabbat Shalom — His Birth

of when
or how
we celebrate the coming of Messiah,
one thing
we are
aware of
is that
He came
for the

It’s shadow was always there with Him.

During this time of hustle and bustle and celebrating
may we always remember the gift of His coming
and the even greater gift He gave at the cross.

May we think often on how well we are living out
our thankfulness and appreciation
of that tremendous gift.

May we long for His return
with a focus on His kingdom work
while we are waiting.

May our hearts focus on
loving Him
and doing all we do
out of that love for Him,
for no other motivation
is truly pure.

Change us and mold us into what
You want us to be.

Purify us.
Sanctify us.
Keep us.
Bring us to the end
when Messiah returns
as the Conquering King of kings.

May Sar Shalom,
the Prince of Peace,
reign always in our hearts.

May we live and move and have our being
only in You.

b’shem Yeshua

May the Ruach/Spirit of Messiah
make Himself known to you
in a fresh and new way
during this time of year.

Shabbat Shalom!
